Food for Thought – jan 4
Sunday usually consist brunch and dinner. It allows everyone to sleep in.
For breakfast it was a traditional west Indian breakfast. Fried breadfruit with ackee and saltfish. And I drank a cup of chocolate tea and a glass of orange juice.
For dinner I made a large salad with chicken and apples. I even made my own dressing with olive oil, lime juice, vinager, and some spices. And of course a coke zero to drink
.
I did snack around mostly on my mom cookies and some soya milk.
