Losing Weight… Not Inches?

Although I haven’t been on track with my blogging, I have been keeping on track with my exercise and semi-on track with my nutrition ( I need to be more strict on myself ). 

I have seen some success, I am now down to 220.4 lbs, but my measurements are pretty much the same. I don’t know why they haven’t gone down, I would think it would have changed before the weight did. I work out, doing weight training two times a week, and my trainer is not easy on me, I can tell you that.  I do feel the muscles building in my arms, and my legs have always been strong ( I’ve been known to press ~ 230lbs with a seated press ). 

I am glad to see my overall weight decrease, don’t get me wrong, but I am wondering if I am doing something wrong, or not enough…What could I change, or add that will allow me to see better results.
